4 Tips to Optimise your energy level for better Life
People need to keep on maintaining good energy level for a healthier and better life.Here are some few healthy tips to power up your life.
1.Do get some exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week.Don’t get too lazy, do exercise as easy as walking briskly in a lake garden or park for 10 to 15 minutes.I don’t think think it was too much to ask for a good boost of your energy level.
2.Be careful on what you eat.People says “you are what you eat” is indeed true.Too much sugar,fats,caffeinated drinks and alcohol would not help optimizing your energy level at all.My advice,be moderate on what you eat.Why not try a cup of healthy green tea instead a can of Coca-Cola ?
3.Get enough sleep, and keep it under normal schedule to keep your energy level consistent
4.Know and identify your most fatigued and most energetic time every day.Jot down possibilities why and what contribute factors to that energy level for the whole day.It shows you clearer picture what good to do and what not affecting your energy level.
