7 Healthy snacks that you should know
My mom always scold me for eating snacks which is of course totally junk foods.But that was 20 years ago .Now i’m totally control over what my stomach want to eat or drinks.Also i’m fully responsible on what i put into my mouth.No one will scold me except my wife will nag a little bit.But i think it’s time for me to nourish my body with new appetite which is more nutritional and beneficial for my health.They called it healthy snacks.Here’s list of 7 healthy snacks that everybody should know and eat.
1-Raw almonds-yummy and crunchy (139 calories)
2-Raw mixed nuts (178 calories)
3-Dried fruits (97 calories)-Dried fruits are more calorie dense (per weight) than fresh fruit – and are easier to overeat
4-Apple (96 calories)
5-Grapes (148 calories)-Love grapes, i ate this a lot!It’s heaven fruit!
6-Pop Corn (62 calories-air popped)
7-Whole-grain Crispbread with Cottage Cheese(70 calories) -delicious!
There are a lot more healthy snacks that i can list out here.But 7 is more than enough for me to choose.Of course if you get bored easily try searching for more healthy snacks out there.Plenty of alternatives than you can imagine!
