			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently I know that one of my friend whom really obsessed on eating grapes.He bought grapes almost everyday ranging from 600gram to more than 1 kilogram from the groceries store or shopping complex.The best part is,all those grapes ate by him within one day by himself.I get that kind of habit sometimes, but not as much as 1Kg of grapes!That is too much to consume, unless i only ate grapes nothing else.So, what actaully this grapes ingredients that make its delicious and juicy?Here it is:</p>
<p>1.60gram of calories;<br />
2.15gram of Carbohydrates;<br />
3.15gram of Sugar<br />
4.21 gram of Proteins<br />
5.21 gram of Fats</p>
<p>Grapes good for heart</p>
<p>To make it simple,grapes contain 70-80% water and also 15-30% sugar.In France, it was reported that French people do face the lowest hearth related disease compared to other countries in the world.Studies had classify this as French Paradox.Easy to say that French people always drank red wine or grape juice together with their food.From what i read Antioxidants inside grapes known as polyphenols can avoid good arterial wall from damage.</p>
<p>Grapes good against cancer</p>
<p>There was substance called caffeic acid inside grapes.It was studied one of the best cancer fighting substance. Nutrient such as Bioflavonoids maintain Vitamin C inside our body and antioxidant.It can help kill cancer cells.</p>
